Staff was nice, no children shows on TV!!! WiFi was extremely slow! Breakfast set up was poorly organized & it took 30 minutes in line to fix a waffle. Easy fixes. - " It's all about the Customer's Experience"

I don't know where to begin. Terrible customer service. They can't hold on to their staff. I was planning an event for my church for an appreciation and these people sent me a contract for an amount and right before it was time to have the event the changed up everyone and said they couldn't honor the amount on the contract. They double the price. No communication or contact to me was made. I would NEVER do business with them nor would recommend anyone. Very friendly clean nice very helpful easy access to the highway large dining room area very cheap price very well worth the money I recommend it to others
Our room had a loose faucet & shower curtain leaks out onto the floor making hard to step out. You either dry your self or watch that you don't slip & fall. Their front desk staff is not very friendly nor helpful.
