Enjoyed a night's stay on August 31 after attending a party hosted by the lounge Zuri. My check-in was horrible, the room type was incorrect and on two attempts, the key card wouldn't work. Both issues were resolved though. I decided to reserve the spa tub suite for my upcoming birthday and went down on September 2nd to reserve. would suggest contacting the BBB on this hotel before booking!! I was there 2 weeks ago for a family gathering, myself, and two other family members who were there at the same time we charged three different rates!! I received my receipt when I checked out and when I got my credit card bill, there was an additional $100 dollars and some change difference. This hotel is not worth your money. Only stay here if you want to have the worst sleep of your life. The beds and pillows are AWFUL.
Nice staff, nice breakfast and clean (dated) room. Only issues not enough towels, thin walls and AC didn’t work very well (it’s hot out!).
