Bed was nice and comfortable. Spacious rooms, welcoming professional staff. Great breakfast in the morning. My wife and I were at the hotel for the Texas Special Olympics basketball tournament for state. Our team got the gold medal and one of the best hotels I have stayed in by far. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anybody coming in to that area and looking for a comfortable relaxing place to stay. Stayed last weekend with my wife to give her surprise birthday gift. The check in was smooth, the front desk staff was very helpful in giving info about best places to visit in Arlington. We went their restaurant Zuri for the dinner and we enjoyed the live band playing jazz music and the Dj . The bed was very comfy which is a must for me. My wife like their modern decor in the room and the lobby. Over all it was a nice experience. If I am in that town again, I am definitely staying there.....

Y’all got good people that work there because my special needs Olympics group stayed last night and showed up with chicken for our group to eat dinner. After everyone was done eating the workers told us that they would clean up for us because they could see that everyone was tired from the Olympics program on Friday.
In a society with ever crumbling customer service, this hotel is spot on and truly provides above and beyond customer service. Would highly recommend The Blue Cypress when staying in Arlington. Keep up the exceptional work!
