Y’all got good people that work there because my special needs Olympics group stayed last night and showed up with chicken for our group to eat dinner. After everyone was done eating the workers told us that they would clean up for us because they could see that everyone was tired from the Olympics program on Friday.
In a society with ever crumbling customer service, this hotel is spot on and truly provides above and beyond customer service. Would highly recommend The Blue Cypress when staying in Arlington. Keep up the exceptional work!
My second time staying and Ahab really took care of us! He is very professional. I will definitely return.
Wish pool was inside and morw breakfast choices but all in all its vert clean and staff is very nice
