I really can't recommend the Blue Cross at Burford highly enough! We have just adopted two female kittens who are absolutely adorable and are settling brilliantly in to our home. I was in communication both by email and phone with several members of the team during the process before finally visiting the centre on adoption day. The Blue Cross in burford was amazing! From introducing me to the cat I was interested in all the way up to taking my kitten home, they were communicative and clear throughout each step and helped me feel confident throughout the adoption process. The location itself was great - clean and tidy, they clearly take good care of the animals that pass through!

The staff were very responsive and made the process straightforward when I adopted my two horses. The horses have settled incredibly well and I know that support is on hand if I need it
