We adopted two beautiful kittens from BlueCross. Both the application and adoption procedure was very smooth and all the staff were very helpful, kind and informative. They have checked in on the kittens as well after we adopted them which was lovely and we felt very supported by the BlueCross team through the whole process, thank you!

Needed to speak to Blue Cross to consider rehoming a stray cat that we've been trying to welcome into our home. The transition was going great until our two females decided three was definitely a crowd & fighting broke out!. Spoke to Lucy Whitehead on the phone to see if they could help & what the next steps might be. Lucy was very professional, listened & advised on what the possible outcome could be. We came here to pick up our kitten and the staff were so lovely and answered any questions we had with great clarity, and they were so considerate of the animals too as they used a different room for us to settle everything because a dog had been in there previously and the smell might stress her out Great services, great charity, lovely staff, thank you very much for your work <33
