I have had the most amazing experience with Blue Cross Devon. We applied for Sally (now Zyra) twice, confused on why we were facing so much rejection and so I sent an email to ask for advice. Zoe and Jess replied back to let us know what we were doing wrong, and 3 days later, we were able to adopt this beautiful girl.
