Great communication;speedy process between David’s first visit to take photos and details, viewings and finding tenants (less than a week). Necessary checks/admin dealt with swiftly. Be prepared to be ignored and judged , very poor communication and quite frankly rude. Website makes a point of saying they put the customers first but this was definitely not our experience. Such a shame that agents feel the need to treat people with such disregard, I’m sure there will be a very defensive and dismissive reply to this review aswell!
