Jon designed and built our new patio and driveway. Absolutely brilliant end result.
Quoted me, but never bothered to turn up for the work two times in a row, after re-arranging time off work. The first time he said that his van broke down. We then arranged for the following Monday at 9am. I waited until 10am and called him, no answer, so I left a voice mail asking if he was able to turn up. No response to my call. I waited until 11:30am that day to cancel the job as it seemed like a waste of time.
I’ll never know about the quality of their work because they cancelled the first time they were due to visit with about half an hours notice, promised they’d come the next day and I haven’t heard from them since (1+ weeks). I’ve decided to start recording when businesses do this because it wastes so much of peoples’ time and it’s just very unprofessional. Jonathan and his team worked non-stop through rain, wind and hail to install both my beautiful new fence and to build with absolute precision a concrete base for my new shed. I highly recommend them as a company for their professionalism, good humour and patience and I have entrusted any ongoing landscaping and garden maintenance to their care.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and his team - They arrived on time, went above and beyond what we expected and I am pleased to say they really take pride in their work as the standard was very high. We had a large garden job that has not had much attention for around 30 years. Jon gave some great ideas on how to clear it and what to replace it with that kept within our budgets.
