Excellent service as always!
Standard wait time but.... the Tech, Hygenist and Dr were good about explaining what they were doing in addition to answering any questions I had. The office receptionist was really good at scheduling a follow up that fit within my schedule, researched information regarding treatment pricing and cosmetic procedures, and also explained what Insurance would cover and what I would be responsible for.
Prompt, never wait long always on schedule. All employees smile, introduce themselves by first name. Dr..Karafin has a comforting approach to Dentistry. I never was one that looked forward to a dental visit. While I wouldn't say I love going to the Dentist, I will say, knowing it is Dr. K, Jackie, Stephanie and Erica that will be taking care of me puts me at ease.
I left my other Dentist because of the constant pressure to get invisalign & other products. I do NOT get that here & appreciate it mucho.
These guys make going to the dentist a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, their manager Jackie is super personable and funny, and they always do a great job. I've had multiple cleanings, a couple deep cleanings, and a chip repair done here. I will keep coming back. I drive from Long Beach because they're that awesome. Thanks Social Smiles!
Friendly staff, excellent service very pleased with the entire Team and the quality of dental care.
Just had my teeth cleaned and polished by Nicole. She did and awesome job. Walked away with a bright smile and a bag of free teeth cleaning supplies. Back in 6 months. I would come here more often, but a hate going to the dentist...any dentist.
Went in for a double-check of a problem tooth. No pressure to take corrective measures at this time. Made appointment to have it repaired at next cleaning. Appreciate the laid-back approach since finances are an issue.
