HAD SOME DENTAL WORK DONE AND FOUND THAT THE DENTIST AND THE HYGENIST VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.
Front desk staff was very pleasant & efficient
I previously left a review and stated that the woman who is in charge of calling in prescriptions couldn't be bothered to call mine in due to the late hour. I WAS WRONG! SO TOTALLY WRONG! I spoke with Jackie today and she clarified the situation: she could not call in the prescription BECAUSE SHE NEEDED THE DOCTOR'S APPROVAL, and he was gone for the day. My dental hygienist was WONDERFUL. But I was a bit perturbed that the woman in charge of calling in my prescription to my pharmacy couldn't be bothered to call it in until the next day because it was ten minutes until closing. Because I was going out of town that evening, I was pressed for time and did not want a long wait at the pharmacy if I had to present the Rx on the spot. Just an overall amazing experience.
I have never had such a positive experience EVER at a dentist. I was with my old dentist since I was a little girl, but the ladies and Dr. hit this visit out of the park. I brought in my two daughters and I was scheduled to come in another day, but they figured out how to get us all in! For my youngest this was her first visit ever and she was very scared as to what to expect. At the end of her visit she was smiling and happy. After having an awful experience with another local dentist office this place restored my faith. They were GREAT. The dental hygienist who did my deep clean (I think her name is Ashley) was fabulous! They gave me a treatment plan up front with all my costs and they had it broken down by visit. I actually feel very comfortable here and know that they are not trying to just take my money for unnecessary procedures. I am glad to have found a dentist close to home that I absolutely love going to!
You can never say a Dentist experience is wonderful, however the staff at SoCal Smiles are wonderful, gentle and caring.
The xleaning was great; however, the new establishment didn't inform me that my dentist had sold the practice and he is no longer there? I really liked my dentist and I had confidence in his work and his ethics as a dentist. Thank you Fred Paesano
