Although the dentist isn't as friendly as Dr. G. He is a likable, nice, guy. He seems to be skilled and trying, guess I just miss the comradely.
The dental hygenist was amazing, she explained what she was doing and how to best care for my teeth. I appreciated her advise on how to protect my gums and what toothpaste products to use for my teeth. She was personable and knowledgeable as well. The dentist was friendly and answered my questions sincerely.
Very responsive and caring. No waiting and treatment started at the scheduled time. Also, front office staff were very courteous and one can tell they are being as professional as possible.

Great friendly staff, work well with our busy schedules. My kids are super comfortable going to see the dentist. Very honest dentist!! We don't get haggled to have unnecessary dental work done like I've experienced in other offices in RSM. Thank you OC Smiles for keeping our smiles pretty!!!

This place is amazing and that not an exaggeration! My fianc� and I came here for the first time today. We got a cleaning and teeth whitening. The staff are caring and polite. The dental hygienist was gentle and attentive to my needs (I have super sensitive teeth). The woman that did my teeth whitening walked me through the whole process so that i was at ease the whole time. The office manager even came around to hi and ask us how we were doing.Everyone here is amazing I can't wait to come back.
It's really hard to find a good dentist nowadays, which also goes for a medical doctor. My old dentist offered me procedures which were not necessary and always making me feel like i have been cheated. This dentistry did not make me feel that way. Dr. Karafin has a great smile himself and ensures that you are getting a good care and only absolute necessary care. So glad we found this dentistry.
All of the procedures were done professionally, although not rapidly. Also, since the new dentist bought the practice, prices have risen considerably.
