We've been going here for many years. The staff is awesome.
Dr. Ganatra is the best!
The office atmosphere is calm and pleasant. The moment you walk in the door the color on the walls makes you smile. The receptionist and staff are friendly and cheerful. I was seen on very short notice and left with a painless experience.
Another great visit. The staff always greet me with a smile.
Truth be told, I typically want to cancel my dental appointments and put it off. History tells me that was/is a bad idea. I have had a lot of work done here and have never had any complaints. My husband and I both see Dr. Ganatra and I have always felt comfortable here and always walk away being grateful for the staff because they make it an enjoyable experience. As usual, prompt and friendly and they did a very good job.One thing, it might be nice to explain what you are doing during the longer procedures. I would have been interested in knowing what they were doing to my tooth.
I always feel like I've just come home when I visit ! I'm always made to feel comfortable and very welcome ! The Staff and especially the Doctor are the best I've every been to and I've been to a lot in my 66 years ! I would highly recommend this office to everyone I know and meet ! I am definitely recommending So Cal smiles and Dr. Ganatra to all my friends and family. The service levels and friendliness of the staff are second to none and they really make you feel at home.
