Verified Renter Blossom Plaza is a beautiful place to live in. I like the central location, and its amenities. The leasing managers and staffs are very nice. So far so good living here.
Verified Renter There was an issue with my kitchen light and circuit breaker and Jose fixed it that same day. Its so easy to submit a maintenance request through the app, and I get updated every step of the way! Jose wore booties and all the necessary PPE and was polite, patient and respectful. Even my dogs like him!

Verified Renter Been living at Blossom Plaza for exactly one month. If you can justifying the price tag, Blossom will not disappoint. I'm currently in a one bedroom, but I have a roommate to share the cost. We got a floor-to-ceiling curtain that has full cover to turn the living room into a bedroom, and honestly it doesn't affect daily living, but will definitely be looking for a 2 bedroom here in the future. Verified Renter If youre looking for style and a great way to transition into moving to Los Angeles, I would say choose Blossom Plaza. Its my favorite complex Ive lived in thus far because of the apartment style, the community, ALL the amenities it comes with, and the beautiful Los Angeles Historic State Park in your backyard!

Verified Renter Like Ive said before, my living experience at Blossom Plaza is exceptional. I wouldnt want to live in any other apartment community. The staff are the perfect combination of warmth and professionalism. Just keep taking my money, Blossom Plaza.
Verified Renter All the staff on site do a great job at taking care of the residents. The location is also great, close to freeways and DTLA. Amenities are always well kept and clean. The only minis I would say is the noise during weekends from some bars around the apartment.
