Verified Renter Like Ive said before, my living experience at Blossom Plaza is exceptional. I wouldnt want to live in any other apartment community. The staff are the perfect combination of warmth and professionalism. Just keep taking my money, Blossom Plaza.
Verified Renter All the staff on site do a great job at taking care of the residents. The location is also great, close to freeways and DTLA. Amenities are always well kept and clean. The only minis I would say is the noise during weekends from some bars around the apartment.

Verified Renter Very well designed building that feels like a smaller apartment complex than a larger one.
Verified Renter I know I can use the app for a maintenance request, but I like calling the office because everyone is friendly, but not overly so if you know what I mean. They always ask how I am doing and if there is anything else they can do to help. My air filter was changed the same day! They wore booties when they came inside my home because we dont wear shoes in the house, a very thoughtful gesture. Wouldnt want to live anywhere else!
Verified Renter When we were first shown the apartment I was so impressed. I recalled my experience of moving into my college dormitory meeting new people and having novel experiences. Its good to have a feeling of fitting in somewhere in these hectic times. The staff here at Blossom Plaza is the best I have ever dealt with.

If you're going to live in DTLA, this is where you want to be. It's safe, convenient, and Blossom Plaza is a lovely community with stunning units and all the amenities. Highly recommend!
Verified Renter I have lived at Blossom Plaza for a year and a half. The whole team is great and welcoming. Maintenance and front desk employees never fail to greet us every time we see them. Blossom Plaza is also extremely pet friendly; they hold events (not as frequently now) and encourage us to bring our pets along. The location is phenomenal. Right next to the metro and near a large park where you can walk your dog.
