A Home Before A Home The staff is excellent and place high value in safety, customer service and cleanliness. Stephen, Frank, Jen, the guard crew each make it feel welcome and at home. The responsiveness to concerns and maintenance are swift and pleasant. Being adjacent to a metro train station is also a fantastic convenience and 2nd option.
Best staff! Finally found my forever home! I have had several terrible past experiences with other apartment buildings and locations… ranging from horrific neighbors to lack of safety. I can tell you 100% I have had NONE of those problems here. From the day I moved in Stephen (the head of security)has taken any comments or concerns I have had with due diligence and fast response time. I love Blossom Plaza I live in a one bedroom for six years. I love my appliances, the community room and gym. It makes me happy to use the community room and it has free WiFi. The staff is warm and the building is clean.

Verified Renter Blossom Plaza has been a wonderful home for the last year. The staff is excellent and efficient, they have all the amenities you could hope for, and the location within Chinatown is wonderful. I've enjoyed living here and having the chance to attend events and get to know a new spot within Los Angeles! One pain is during Dodgers season as the traffic buildup makes it difficult to get in and out of the parking garage or really drive around the area. Plan accordingly!
