Verified Renter Love this place ! Residents and Staff are very polite, office gets back to you right away, security is always on patrol, It’s clean , pretty safe , maintenance is awesome! Pet friendly, can’t think of a better place to live.

Verified Renter Clean communal spaces, nice & helpful staff, and spacious apartments! I love that maintenance is super responsive. But I do I wish that the bedrooms were hardwood instead of carpet.

Verified Renter I love living here, the building and amenities are awesome, the location and parking lot make it convenient to take transit or drive to wherever I need to go. The walls are thick enough that I never really hear my neighbors and the staff that works the building are top notch and keep things clean and working well.

Verified Renter We wouldn’t live anywhere else! We have happily lived at Blossom since 2019!! Great pool and amenities. The staff here are attentive and friendly.

Maintenance team is great! I need my air filters changed regularly and the maintenance team is always quick to respond. They are always patient, polite and helpful. I see them around the community working hard keeping things in top shape. I've lived here for many years and plan to stay for many more. Great job, team Blossom Plaza!
Nice quiet community Blossom plaza have great leasing management and great security team and manger have a lot of thing to do like pool gym club room for you and your guest .

You should live here! This is the best neighborhood in LA and Blossom Plaza is the best building in Chinatown, hands down. The staff here is amazing, you never wait long for a maintenance request (and the only thing I needed was a lightbulb change-- nothing breaks here!), and the other residents are very nice. I love the Amazon locker hub, the outdoor grills, the pool, and I also love my view.
Verified Renter Blossom Plaza is on the best block in the best neighborhood in LA, Chinatown. The staff on site is top notch, the apartments are beautiful, and the residents are very nice. I can't say enough about how much I love living here!
