Verified Renter From an Adult student perspective, for a studio apartment. Amazing staff and a great community vibe! Everyone has been so welcoming, and the community events look awesome. I haven’t been able to attend yet, but I’ve already seen the energy and can’t wait to join in. I just moved in, everything is settling in smoothly, and I’ve had zero issues with my place. Loving it already!
Verified Renter Great: Love living here - I recommend it to my friends. Amazing location with metro, culture, and food. Love the staff, especially the front desk folks. Parking is easy for guests. It's pretty. Good: We are getting a water softener - the water now wrecks my skin and faucets. Appliances are aging, but it doesn't matter because maintenance is incredibly fast, helpful, and effective. Could be better: Pool's lovely but a bit small and cold. EV chargers don't work. Verified Renter It has been wonderful peaceful pet friendly and convenient to live here. Management is very professional , security for its residents is tight ,deliveries are secured and even the residents are courteous.
Just Moved In- Best Property Ever Moved in the other day. Lost a key fob fairly quickly. Team in lobby was extremely responsive and got it replaced same day. Cannot think of anything to improve on the property. The team here has also somehow managed to cultivate a congenial and friendly atmosphere in the DTLA area. Dunno how they did it! Greatest place I’ve ever lived.
