Just Moved In- Best Property Ever Moved in the other day. Lost a key fob fairly quickly. Team in lobby was extremely responsive and got it replaced same day. Cannot think of anything to improve on the property. The team here has also somehow managed to cultivate a congenial and friendly atmosphere in the DTLA area. Dunno how they did it! Greatest place I’ve ever lived.

Verified Renter Great building, great units, great location, great staff. What stands out about Blossom Plaza is having LA State Historic Park, Chinatown, and the Metro stop all right around the corner. And for a price that is very competitive given how new the building is.
