Verified Renter Great location, close to DTLA, and in the middle of chinatown. Walking distance to great restaurants and stores. Metro train and buses are frequently running also. The staff at blossom plaza are excellent!

Verified Renter Be careful before you rent an apartment at Blossom Plaza. The building is integrated with the Songbird Cafe (a nightclub that plays late-night bass-bumping music, and is not a cafe at all) and LA Wine Bar (a wine bar that has live music and otherwise loud music that I assure you will come straight through the walls).

Verified Renter I love living here! The neighborhood is great with many restaurants and things to do easily walkable from home. Everybody who works here is always friendly and helpful. There are a lot of amenities and overall I'm a very happy resident and love calling this place my home :)
