Not please I'm a widow on fixed income I get fuel assistance the company did not use it last year I had to pay the bill .This year they are billing me & I can't afford to pay the bill that's what I'm getting fuel assistance I'm not paying my bill I want them to use my assistance if not I will not longer use your company. Last year & this year has been the only time I had a problem when a new person is doing the billing
Terrible service from Blossman Gas ... have been told for 3 days in a row “you’re propane tank will be filled today “... still ZERO Propane... Not a happy camper
Blossman in Buchanan, Georgia is horrible now. Over the years I’ve had service with them, they are on a steady decline! What company has 2 drivers to deliver propane especially in the winter when it’s NEEDED the most?? What other propane company delivers & has the driver come in your house to Check the heaters at MIDNIGHT? Seriously??
Blossman Gas and I will depart ways once my contract is over. Until recently I have paid my invoices without reviewing the specific line items. I have never paid a "Compliance Fee" for services with gas companies in the past and this is an unnecessary charge I will not pay.
I've rarely experienced such prompt, professional, customer service. Thank you, Blossman Gas!
We have been using y'all since 1995. It has always been a pleasure to speak to someone in customer service. Everyone I have ever spoken to has always been so friendly and helpful. Very accommodating as well. Such a pleasure doing business with You!
The employees don't know company policies. I'm really sick of one or two persons telling me something an another telling me different. I will be seeking other gas companies.
