I'm a happy customer and employee of Blossman Gas! Since coming to the company I've recommended that several friends contact Blossman for their propane needs and they've been very happy with the service they've received. I'm proud to work for a company that is consistent in service across the board.
Waited forever to talk to a customer rep. Rep could not answer my question - took my number so someone else could call me. That call never came.
Never had more trouble giving someone my money in my entire life. Called to set up service on Monday and found out it will be 10 days before delivery.....ok that’s fine. Then they want to schedule a safety inspection for this Friday......ok. Have a guy in the neighborhood and he’s going to stop by......Great! But we still need to come on Friday to inspect and you need to be there......huh? Well 4 phone calls and 5 emails I’m not exhausted dealing with them. We have been with Blossman for over 20 years and have paid the rental every year so the tank has cost us a fortune! We smelled a very strong gas smell and called to have them check it. They sent someone out right away BUT NEVER MENTIONED there was a charge to do this! We received a bill for over $70! When we called they were too busy to address the questions and needed to get back with us! Still waiting!
Today I came to Blossman to get my tank filled and a regulator... I had the most awesome experience.. Mr. Allen, Mr. Jim, Mr. Jerry, and Ms. Lori took good care of me.. They explain everything to me and make sure everything was done right... #Iloveyallguyblossmanrock#
Absolutely great customer service. Loved working with Ms. Cheryl to get everything figured out with our move. She was extremely helpful and gave us all of the questions to ask our general contractor. It was really nice to find wonderful customer service during a stressful time like this. Thank you again!
@BlossmanGas hates its customers. What a rip off. Last year when we needed gas but did not have enough money we agreed to a payment plan. What we did not know, and were not told, was that this renews in perpetuity and the bill is not based on what you owe, but what they estimate you will use for the next 12 months.
