Terrible customer service. Had changed delivery date, but the delivery man showed up anyway, came onto our gated and fenced property with no notice. My daughter called me to tell me there was a man in our backyard and he wouldn't leave. When I called and told the manager, she said that's just the way it's done. I informed her that it's called trespassing and it's a good way to get shot! The reason we changed the delivery date was so we could be home and explain what we needed. Absolutely not!! Horrible customer service here in Pensacola Florida. The manager is not only cocky but actually chuckled at my situation as is were entertainment. Their faulty tank gauge caused me to run out of gas and I was basically told that it's still not their problem. We recently purchased a fairly expensive water heater from them as well They really do not care.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is terrible. Blamed the answering service for not getting the message that my 69 year old mother needed her heater serviced and lit for this week. I would have to say maybe you should look for a new answering service if you’re not getting important messages about the elderly needing their heaters lit. And saying that my mother is NOT a customer of yours since she doesn’t buy gas from you? She bought her heater and had installed by your company, of course she’s YOUR custome... read more

very complicated "budget payment plan". I've never understood it and balance shown on statements differ from online account. When I see a "credit" via online account then get billed via paper invoice I have no idea how much or what I am actually paying for. I have been a Blossman customer for almost 5 years and have had to call them to explain. The verbal explanations still leave me confused. If anything causes me to switch to Thompsons or another local company, it would be this. I am not the only one who has this concern.
