So nice I thought I was at a family reunion. Only occasionally need their service, but each time they smile and talk to you like a friend would. I would gladly go to BG over any exchange program.
I will never again do business with Blossman Gas of Alexandria ,Al. After picking up a tank which was so over-filled upon inspection by their own maintanance person that it was purgeing fuel from it, they refuse to give a refund on unused gas. Their response was that the tank was empty on arrival back at their dealership. This after they had previously inspected it for leaks. I even resorted to recording some of my conversations with their employees because of the continuous lies & if this problem is not resolved appropriate... read more
Don't use blossman...I'm supposed to be on automatic refill and no one has come to fill my tank and now I'm out and the driver refuses to come and fill the tank and the manager told me to go to another company ...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I NEVER KNEW OF A COMPANY THAT LET THEIR EMPLOYEES CHOOSE IF THEY WANT TO GO SOMEWHERE OR NOT AND NEVER HAD A MANAGER TELL ME TO GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY....I HAVE 2 KIDS AND NOW WE'RE ARE GOING TO FREEZE BECAUSE NO ONE WILL COME OUT AND FILL THE TANK
Loyal customer of 10+++ years. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other company's that will treat you better. If you do make the mistake of choosing Blossman just sign up for monthly and don't ever call! They act like they are doing you a favor by being your provider and are always rude. I will be switching once winter is over. I will no longer do business with a company who does not appreciate loyal customers.
The customer service is excellent! The technicians are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

You cannot imagine the probs with Blossman. They damned near blew up the home when a supposedly licensed tech forgot to tighten a fitting. Now we have a brand new Vanguard 20K generator they installed with all kinds of probs. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Customer service was very slow and rude. I would never choose this company.
