I started the winter season thinking the regulator had been removed from my tank by a thief. I called and this was the only explanation they had. I then went to the store to order a new regulator and they informed me that my landlord had neglected to pay the yearly dues. I paid it that day with hopes that my regulator would be returned. That was a week ago... Pitiful service !!!! I was out of town and wife and little kids ran out of propane !!!!! Been living in rental house and didn't have account so they said they couldn't fill up tank on weekend because we didn't have account !!!!! Manager was very rude and told me to build a fire
I love my tankless water heater and exceptional service!!
Love Blossman but because of one person's rudeness won't be using them again.
This is the worst gas Company I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. One problem after another. One gas leak from them hooking something up that my pregnant wife and I lived with for over 3 Weeks and didn't know. And now they are trying to charge us for all the gas that was leaking which is over $800 in two weeks. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!!
