We have been customers almost 30 years. Service used to be wonderful, now I have to call for delivery and they always have an excuse as to why they MISSED our scheduled delivery. Very unsatisfactory customer service.
We just received propane tank service work and our new gas logs installed. We are so happy with the great service of installation of tank, and logs. We are enjoying them on this cold night.
I had a propane delivery I didn't ask for my local office said well you asked about our monthly payment plan program, I told them yes I ask how it works and you guys sent someone out with out me asking and now I have an almost 400 bill that she's telling me well your stuck with it
My water heater broke and started to leak water in my utility room; it was heading to the family room. I called Blossman and they were there within the hour. Water was turned off, a new tank was fetched and installed all within a few hours. Great service from Blossman as it always has been since we moved in nearly twenty years ago. Thanks, guys!
Well, I no longer needed propane after getting an electric stove. Blossman came and picked up the tank which was about half full. It's been weeks and they still won't give me my $528 refund. They are thieves.
We have been attempting for 30 days to get an $1100. propane furnace purchased from our local Asheville Blossman dealer repaired. It is still under warranty and these people do not have the foggiest idea what they're doing. That's 30 days in December eith 3 year old in the house This is ridiculous.
Super fast service.The guy who brought our gas logs was very informed & answered all our questions..
I would not recommend, dishonest business practices, service tech was a no show, and manager never returns calls about issues.
I see alot of negative remarks, but for us they have been GREAT!! Originally had Amerigas. Started calling them at 25%. Kept calling for weeks, finally ran out. That was heat, hot water, and cooking down. Even then they kept making excuses. Anyway, called Blossmans. Next day they were here to swap out tanks and get me going. Had a maintenance issue, called at closing and someone was at my house next day. If I request a refill on Monday, by Friday I have a full tank.
