Bunch of crooks. Bought my house in 2015. It had a large tank on the property for my fireplace. The tank was unmarked and 60% full. I only had it for my fireplace in emergency situations and we never used it. Blossman just showed up to take the tank because it belonged to them. I asked for proof and the guy said the serial number matches his paperwork. I will be getting gas for my fireplace but it will NOT be with Blossman. My grandma took me and my 2 kids in when I got divorced. She has a large propane tank and lives on a fixed income. Now we (the whole world) are in a crisis financially and health wise and the Blossman reps at the Douglasville, GA location say they rather us run out of gas than to come and let us pay on April 8th. My grandma offered to pay the bill on April 8th but they are refusing to give us any gas until she has payment in hand. Mind you, our current bill is 0.00. Paid up to date. Will it be first thing is to finish the job come out install gas lines to up to the appliances with no valves have to call him back to come and put those still no nipple to hook up the hose to go to the appliance no drop lines on the water heater they offered to make it right charged us another $149 and still didn't do their job will be changing gas companies
I never heard of this company until they called to claim that they owned my tank on a property that I had owned for three years. They claim a lifetime lease from 1971 from a previous owner, but wouldn't provide a copy of the lease since I wasn't a party to the lease contract. Everyone on the original 1971 lease is deceased, and the businesses no longer exist. When they installed the tank and I set everything up I told them to call before coming. Our dogs are sometimes out back, I work from home and I should not be taken by surprise but that has never happened. This morning someone showed up at 6:45am ringing the doorbell. He said he didn’t know where the gate was or the tank. First off, why would someone be ringing a customers doorbell at 6:45am? Also shouldn’t he have paperwork that explains where the tank is?
