Yesterday I called and I was directed to this black woman named Natasha (I think her name is) about the no water in our block. Her tone and attitude was so rude! The way she was speaking to me was just rude. And she lied to me. I was stating to her that we still had no water despite the message saying it’s coming at 4pm she proceeded to tell me how the bottom blocks all have water, that she now has access to water aswell and that it will take a while to reach the top of the floors which was a complete lie.
