Shocking Florist. My partner ordered flowers to be delivered for her fathers funeral, but Blooms failed to deliver these on time, and showed up after the service had finished. When this issue was raised to Rachel, she was instantly defensive, rude and instantly insisted that this wasn't her fault in any way shape or form. Funeral Director mentioned to us, that that is the first time they've ever had flowers delivered late by a florist before. Reliable, helpful, good quality. Ordered table balloons for delivery to the Roslin Hotel for 10am today. They were lovely to deal with, so helpful. Balloons were there all set up in the table when when we arrived. Thank you so much! X
