RecommendedThis store is beautiful and easy to navigate, with a mix of designer and high street brands. I left a bag in the ladies as I was tired but ran back as soon as I had realised. A kind staff member, Bernita Smith helped and even offered me a complimentary frozen yoghurt so I could rest and get some sugar in me. This is a small gesture that shows excellent intuitive service. Bravo for remembering retail is about people! I will be back as always on my next trip.
Bloomingdales isn’t just for shopping but for walking through& browsing the floors, the latest styles, the seasonal decor change, the beautiful windows, a bite to eat, etc. I bought my 1st 1940’s style party dress when I was 15 in 1973, when the Junior Wear dept. was on the 1st floor. It was hunter green with little powder puffs & lipsticks printed all over, padded shoulders & short sleeves, v-neck & tied in the back. It cost all of $36 which was expensive at the time. Didn’t find it welcoming. Ignorant people working there. Access for wheelchair users and pushchairs was appalling! Elevators a NIGHTMARE! You push the button, a light comes on right the other end, by the time you get there it’s closed and gone!!! Can’t believe Rachel worked there so long!!!! 😂
Amazing place to shop with restaurants , I think they could do more for men I mean one floor and the rest for the lady’s come on .
As we entered Bloomingdales we were greeted by a lovely lady who spoke up us about a 10% discount because we were not USA residents! We went to customer service and we were given a 10% discount card!! I went straight to UGGS and bought a pair of boots and got a $22 discount. By far the best department store x
A little underwhelmed tbh!!! Bikini choices very limited but staff and restaurant excellent! Bewildered to be told they didn’t have the other shoe of a pair that I wished to purchase... why put it on the shelf then? Do many one legged people shop there?! 🤨🤭🤔
