In Bloomingdale’s looking for Lennon a pair of waterproof boots. The ladies in the children’s shoe department are not happy! But we will buy, had a difficult time finding anything water proof for tots!
Just visited Santa ! Was such a nice time there was a wait but plenty of things to entertain while you wait! The staff were super nice ! I love how personal they were with the Santa visit and the pictures! Fantastic experience . Be patient happy holidays !!
People were nice and attentive. Went to do our yearly holiday picture with santa but got disappointed because the santa from the last two years wasn’t there anymore. The one from this year was nice and we did our thing but bring the other santa back!! Another thing the santa area is so small now I almost passed it! such a shame
We had a personal shopping experience on the 4th floor. Our stylist Lisa was a complete gem. She understood instantly what we wanted and showed items we wouldn’t normally have chosen, but they all looked fantastic. We had such a great day. Thanks Lisa, we’ll be back!

“At her service” is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After 10 Days, 4 phone calls, stuck on hold multiple times, and repeating myself, and still no appointment. Completely inefficient and antiquated scheduling & communication systems. Staff have no concept of customer service, prioritization, and no respect for time.
