OMG where to start at I've been trying to use a girftcard to buy Xmas items and bye accident put the wrong to last numbers in because I didn't have my glasses on I explained it to them somebody was helping me and then they said they could help me and now they can't and I still can't use the gift card and it's almost Christmas time so thanks for ruining my Christmas
I visited Bloomingdales today and left after 2 minutes. I was in the Luouis Vuitton Botique, the sales associate was judgmental , looking at me up and down like if i was going to steal something. She did not want me touching the bags. I was was dressed in jogging pants and sneakers. The associate judged me, so I walked out the store, and did not feed into her racist bullshit. Nice shopping experience. The staff is looking out for customers. The Forty Carrots restaurant is great! Try the frozen yogurt.

We purchased a set of dishes from Bloomingdales and several pieces came broken. We have gone through hell over the past few weeks to get the replacements despite continued PROMISES that it would be resolved. Bloomingdales is not the institution it used to be. It will be a long time before I buy from Bloomingdales again
Lady who greeted us as we walked in was lovely especially to my daughter who was excited about seeing santa - and on leaving store same lady asked if my daughter had made her wishes !! Sales lady at Christmas shop was lovely and helpful but the staff on cosmetics / fragrance counters NEED extra customer service training in politeness and manners - Rude !!
