Some staff, like the lady who greeted us as we came into the store were lovely. I was not impressed, however, at being followed around the luggage department by a few middle aged salesmen. The cases were quite safe - I had already packed mine - but they put me off so I left without purchasing the case scales. What I had originally been looking for
