Like no other store in the world!
In spite of being the Most Beautiful store in Manhattan,,it could offer better customer service on the third floor where the Halston boutique is located. A group of non professional associates,, young inexperienced group would do better serving at a BK OR WENDYS.
Getting the runaround Again from Bloomingdales they sent me a messsger saying they don’t have it and basically didn’t offer to look for it the color I want and didn’t even reply again another lovely customer service experience from Bloomingdales and spoke to yet another senior manager from Bloomingdales 59 street who won’t listen to me and told me that even if I spoke to the corporate office they would not assist me I am closing my account and hope and have no sympathy for Bloomingdales
