Easy moving in experience and excellent communication throughout. They really stand out as a letting agent in London.
They asked me to give a rating so I will. Initially, agency was in a huge rush for me to pay the deposit immediately to secure the room. Following this, it took them two months of reminding to actually sign my rent contract (after I had already moved in). In the end, I got the contract, without explanation for the lateness, but I found this unprofessional. No issues with checkout.
My experience was the best possible! Everything for the moving and the stay was super well explained and the Bloom team was always very proactive to reply, help and give any needed assistance. The apartment had everything I needed and I loved my room so much! I can't wait to go back and would definitely recommend it to anyone 😊
