Desiree is the best! – I love this place! Desiree not only is knowledgeable regarding the products she uses, but she is also extremely good at what she does. Since she has been cutting/coloring my hair, I have received numerous compliments and have given many referrals. As long as I live in this town Desiree will be my stylist. She truly is fantastic!
AMAZING! – LOVE BLONDE SALON! After moving to Birmingham 3 years ago, I searched high and dry for a decent hair salon. FINALLY - look no further than Blonde Salon! Desiree is amazing, attentive, and up to date on all trending styles. Everytime I call the salon they are accomodating and manages to make time, even for last minute occasions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
No Heart – I miss Salon Raymond Barry!!! Every once in a while my family purchases a gift card for me to this location, however, I haven't been since they have changed to Blonde Salon... I bring in a 200$ gift card to get my hair done that is expired (since theirs are only good for one year), and the owner won't honor even a portion of it. I'm a single mom of two kids, in school full-time, and hardly have time to think about my hair... it sure would have been a decent act of kindness to have made an exception. Oh well. Great Haircut with Matt – On my first visit to Blonde, Matt did a great job giving me the new hairstyle I wanted. He was extremely professional and gave me a great cut. I showed him a picture and he gave me advice on styling tips and tools. He took his time making the cut, but didn't keep me there too long. I left with a great shorter hairstyle and my hair felt and looked great. Thanks Matt!
LOVE CURT – Curt has been my stylist now for almost 3 years! He always is up -to-date on the latest hair trends and uses his expertise to incorporate those trends into my style. He is spot on with what looks best for me. I have used a number of stylists in the US and Curt ranks as one of the best. I often recommend him and have sent a number of customers his way. You know your hair stylist is good when you receive compliments and someone asks how to get in touch with him. I love his work. Would never go to anyone else.
Super Satisfied! – Jessica has been cutting and coloring my hair for 4 years. I've been very pleased! She is really one of the best hairdressers I've ever had! She spends time with you making sure that the cut and color is perfect.

Jessica @ Blonde Salon & Spa – I saw Jessica a couple of weeks ago, and I wanted to wait to see how the style and color looked after it settled in before I reviewed. It looked good right off the bat, and still looks good. She uses Goldwell color, which always does really well. It was enjoyable watching her cut/style my hair as well. Like watching an artist at work.
I found the best! – I recently moved from Phx, AZ to Birmingham...totally different climate. I found Shaun Gamel and so happy I did! My hair has never looked so good and been so manageable. I can honesly say he gives me the best haircut & color I've ever had!!! Shaun uses Goldwell products which are the best in my opinion. I have followed his advice as to which Goldwell products I should use and my hair looks great! I highly recommend Shaun Gamel!!
