Steve came out the very next day, gave me an excellent price compared to others and explained that the problem could be sorted out much quicker and cheaper than I thought. Nice to speak with and honest, would recommend.
Had an issue with our drains (shared with neighbours). We are very appreciative as Steve gave honest, helpful advice in that we could ask Anglian Water to sort the problem out for free as the drains were shared. Excellent service and advice from BlocksAway Drains. Other drainage companies we'd contacted had given us a quote to pay for unblocking the drains whereas BlocksAway Drains gave us helpful advice rather than trying to get money out of us! Thanks again!
