If I could give 0 stars I would, I’ve never been as disappointed with a company as I am with block management. The carpet in the communal area of my flat is stained and smells atrocious after a dog (nothing to do with me) had defecated on it. I flagged an issue with them in January 2024 when I first moved in, it’s now October 2024 and nothing has been done.
