They put in two field drains into my garden and re-turfed it, and did a very good job. It was only after I'd paid them and they left when I realised they had dumped a load of excess soil between my garden's retaining wall and my fence. This was especially frustrating as I'd asked them if they needed a skip for the job because I suspected they needed to remove the excess soil, but they assured me this wasn't necessary. They promised to return to remove the soil FOUR times, but never showed up.
