Very slow to respond, in some cases didn't respond at all. Took weeks to get a delivery organised and the fit done. We had also requested a cut and fit for day curtains, again kept ignoring and pushing it aside after agreeing to do the job. Awful service.
Enquiring about curtains and blinds. Chap was extremely rude, did not seem to want to help at all. Obviously, seems like they don't need any business...Disgusting.

Very helpful from start to finish, with loads of choices. We ended up choosing Louvolite blinds with Ellard motors that work with Alexa and Home assistant. The blinds where installed perfectly and look fantastic. Quality service and we are very happy.
