This business run by "family man" Mike Venn came and quoted me for blinds, I paid for them, he fitted them and they are not the correct blinds for the doors and so now the bi-fold doors will not open as the blinds prevent the handles from turning, Mike told us he needed a part and would order it, 6 weeks later no contact refuses to answer messages or calls and has now block both myself and my wife on social media and we are £550 down and cannot open our bifolds. AVOID THIS RIP OFF BUSINESS
Constantly had to chase up at each step. Then during installation a bracket from Roman blinds was broken, which Mike said he would get replaced, but then ignored my messages chasing up to the point I had to reach out directly to the (trade) supplier to get. He also said he would help re-plaster a part of the picture rail he had to cut to fit the blinds, and of course my message following up on this was ignored. Amazing service by Mike. He came highly recommended by a friend. I love my new perfect fit blinds. A really quick turnaround, from initial visit to fitting. If you need blinds Mike is your man.
What an excellent job. My windows now look amazing. Mike even managed to fit a shutter in my downstairs cloakroom that I did not think one could be fitted. Arrived on time & cleaned up any mess. Very professional service. Thank you Mike. Would highly recommend you to my friends.
