We have returned to Blenkin an Co once again, they have again been excellent and highly professional from the start to the end of our house sale. Every part of the process has been superb, from the initial valuation , the photographs , until the final email. I had multiple problems with my property and I must also mention that another review for this company has expressed the same concern, that these rental properties aren't fully assessed and basic pass certificates for boilers and electrics, etc seem to he acceptable. During my tenancy, I waited 8 months for a boiler to be replaced or fixed. Landlord replaced it himself and got a mate in the industry to check it and sign it off.
