Terrible experience, extremely unprofessional. definitely don’t recommend
Got there early, their website, Google maps don't give opening time for Saturday and blackcircles advise to get there early, as it works on a first come first serve basis. At 8.20 a guy who works there told me the boss would be there in around 10 minutes. He then disappeared and finally they arrived just before 9:15. Left the car and they told me it would take an hour or an hour and a half to get the tyres changed. Went back around 11 and this other employee said he had only been told about the car. Used Blenheim Motors for an MOT and service. Dimitar was super helpful, picked up my car, carried out the work, offering fair and reasonable solutions to the issues and dropped my car back. He was polite and a really great guy. Work was done efficiently and prices were really fair. Highly recommend.
2nd consecutive MOT here with no problems
I called up yesterday looking for an MOT and not only did I get booked in straight away for the same day, but within a couple of hours from my initial call my car was ready to be collected. I couldn’t recommend this place enough they are very helpful and friendly, quick and well priced! Will definitely be using them again
