Blanton turner communicated one letter to long time residents of a well established community in lower queen anne seattle. They stated they would work with tenants back in late may and werent in any rush to make any major changes. Today(8/31) we receive a otice to vacate in 30 days and their rep domonique olivina-chavez blatantly misrepresented herself and that her contact info was on the letter to allow for formal communication. I want to congratulate Blanton Turner for the management of The Pearl Capitol Hill. Manager Kenny Pulsifer and Leasing Agent Nico Seal are attentive to their resident's needs. Often, it amounts to small thinks, like keeping an iPhone charger in the office cabinet. If you happen to miss the Active Building notice that you have a package, it will be at your doorstep by quitting time. Kenny and Nico also throw a wicked Happy Hour now and then.
