The leasing office deliberately ignored email and pretended to "forget" to send preleasing link and resulted us not getting what we want.

I have serious issues and they're not being addressed. I'd love for someone in management to contact me ASAP. I really DO NOT recommend renting from any property managed by BT. They are not helpful or even respectful to tenets. My building was well maintained and staff were respectful and caring, then Blanton Turner took over. Also wow at all the 5 star reviews left by folks who I know are employees. � Kind of sad, but that should tell you something.
We live in Reverb. Very poorly Manage!! Very one sided. Giving false information so they can lure you to live at that building. Advertising a dog friendly building but so much HOSTILITY towards the dogs and pet parents.

We encourage you to review our pet policies, as Blanton Turner and Reverb are very dog and pet friendly. We do have leash rules to be fair to all residents, and we always encourage you to stop by our office with any questions.
1. If your call center's response to a report of a broken elevator is "call the fire department", you have a problem. 2. If the company that does emergency maintenance has someone "on call" but you've never heard of an SLA, you have a problem. 3. If the only contact information you have on your website is a phone number and a facebook ID, then things like the way your call center handles a broken elevator that might otherwise result in an emailed suggestion are going to end up making you look very stupid in public.
