What I've noticed, after two managers and speaking with the portfolio manager who covers The Central (a BT property), is that Blanton Turner cares more about defending a shoddy building and their self-interest than representing and caring for their tenants. This is probably no surprise to many but it is abhorrent and unprofessional behavior to me. The owner of Blanton Turner could permanently park his piece of shit Jimmy Bronco in literally any garage of one of the many properties he owns or manages. Instead he parks it in the only handicap spot that is directly accessible to our apt building. When a handicap family member was visiting I was advised that they could "park in the handicap across the street". I don't know how this is ADA compliant in anyway.
