We are sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with the garbage and recycling pick up, Anna. Unfortunately, these pick-up times are determined by Seattle Public Utilities and their subcontractors, and our team places the bins out at the agreed upon time to meet their schedule. If you have additional questions, please call or stop by the office at The Commons at Ballard to speak with our team.
I have been trying to get in touch with anyone for the last three days. Not only no one returns my calls, but when tried to call the main office, the phone system is messed up. Press 0 for the operator, after pressing 0 tells me it's not a valid key. Really?
I currently live at Thornton Place. While it is a beautiful area, my concerns are the noise levels for how much I pay. I have several email threads to the manager about the noises but only hear back 50% of the time and it is usually to tell me "they will talk to them." However, it continues. I do appreciate how friendly the leasing agents are, as well as how quickly maintenance responds to service requests. Cora Queen Anne needs to get it together, from management to people who work here, no one is ever present. No upkeep as far as cleaning, dog run is always a mess and without bags, the building settled and cracks everywhere and we did not know that Seattle City Light was going to show up this morning and cut the power to the secured building locking us in or out as you need a fob for everything.
