I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I purchased sliding doors for my pergola, paying £5,800. The product I received was incomplete and not as described — the handles were not the same as shown on their website. Instead of screwed-in handles (which are depicted in all the online photos), I received adhesive-based handles.
