I am extremely satisfied with Blake's repairs on our leaking slate roof. We got a lot of quotes beforehand and chose Blake's because we were impressed by Oliver's sensible proposals for the work needed. The main job was a valley gutter replacement, which turned out to be trickier than initially envisaged due to some battens that needed replacing. Had an issue with my guttering contacted Blake’s Roofing and was given a date for the work to be carried out. The roofing expert arrived as scheduled and the work was carried resulting in resolving the issue. I found them to be a very professional company and would have no hesitation in recommending them .
Oliver came to visit and advised me to repair the roof, unlike others who suggested getting a new one. The quote was clear, with a detailed description and competitive pricing. They carried out some lead work, replaced missing tiles, and fixed a gutter joint that was leaking into my bedroom wall. The work was done efficiently, and the site was left tidy. Yet again Blake's Roofing to the rescue. I cannot speak highly enough of this roofing company. Prompt, thorough, professional and both Nicky and Oliver incredibly nice people to deal with. Would recommend these guys to anyone wanting an excellent job!
The wonderful Blake's fitted our new roof last week and we could not be happier with the result. Oliver, his Dad and team removed our old "insulation foam" covered tiles with ease and replaced it with a well crafted new roof. Oliver starts everyday with a chat, to make sure everything is going as it should be, and made sure he double checked all the finishes before final fitting.
