my father was in and out of there for a month. in one of his visits he was there for 13 or 14 days and not once did a nurse, cna or even a dr come in and do physical therapy on my dad. they just let him lay there in the bed. and my dad was 85 and before he went in he could do things for himself when he came out he couldn't even walk or even wipe himself after using the bathroom. then they put 3 different feeding tubes in him and when the nurse went to go feed my dad she was feeding him wrong to where she could've blown his s... read more
Was a patient twice and very satisfied
I wonder who makes room assignments in the hospital. I am starting to think no one. Or they simply do not care. Lets see, take a patient with inter cranial hypertension (worst headache imaginable.) Place them in a room with a homeless person who god only knows the last time they bathed, in full blown dt's, hallucinating, nonstop talking to absolutely no one, fall precaution alarm going off all night, pulled iv out three times, t.v. very loud. I'm currently sitting in the waiting room with no one else in here. gave a rating of 10 for pain and none of the drs or nurses care. I had to ask the registration nurse for a blanket because nobody gave me one, I'm sitting in a wheel chair in a robe because I'm in so much pain I couldn't get dressed. this is the worst experience. Was in post surgery for 2 days. Everyone was kind and responded to every request I made. Food was good as well. Discharge was easy as could be. Great experience.

This is the worse hospital, with egregious care! You admit someone for 2 weeks for a surgery and under your care for these 2 weeks she contracted Covid 19! The entire hospital is a joke! Melinda Charge nurse will let you die and not give you benedryl that is in the system to give someone when they are having an allergic reaction! The other charge nurse on Vanvlit’s floor broke HIPPA laws, defamation of character by going into another patient’s room lying saying another patient on the floor was getting high on the pain meds a... read more
Excellent patient care BUT the billing departments are a nightmare!! They did not bill our 2 insurance companies, did not correct their billing code error and proceeded to send the bill to collections without even billing the insurance companies! Multiple phone calls, notes and time and still no responses yet.
