Excellent service, sensible advice and great care and treatment for our dog.
Great service provided
Had to take my cat here as she was bleeding from a UTI issue. I was highly stressed and it was late at night when I got there. The receptionists were so caring and the vet was very informative and discussed different ways of treatment. They called a taxi for me and even helped sort it out when the taxi driver asked for a different named person who didn't exist. We were very impressed with this lovely new facility and the cardiologist, Ela, who looked after Tuco yesterday. Ela had clearly read up on his medical history and offered continuing support, when I must confess I wasn't expecting such a personalised experience from a referral. Thank you, everyone.
Our local stray cat had been in a fight and needed emergency treatment. Really grateful to Blaise who treated him with antibiotics and tlc, free of charge.
