Blain Firmin have been dealing with the sale of my late Mother’s flat. It was not an easy sale with short lease and not in the best condition. Mark held an open viewing day and sold it immediately getting an offer well above asking price. Mark has been an absolute joy to deal with. Helped getting a company to clear the flat for us. He kept us informed every step of the process and was always ready to help with any query we had. I would thoroughly recommend Blain Firmin they are a great professional company.

I wish I can give them zero the most useless agency in the world. We’ve been there for five years and they still keep the deposit. This is really really unbelievable. I will say No No really can’t recommend nobody absolutely no one they’re useless. Imagine staying 5 years and searching for stupid things.

I was rented a place glad just for a year from them.i was signed contract with Mark , at beginning of signed contract I was charged extra cost for transferring money (£30 which should be mentioned at beginning) other wise I will be given them cash. At beginning me and my husband told that we looking for property to be managed by agency not by landlord.
