When your car gets serviced they’re kind enough to vacuum the front floor board, but never the back floor board. I don’t understand this. 3rd time I’ve been here for service and it’s always the same, this isn’t “full service” to me. It would only take a second to do and make a great impression rather than a half done impression.
Blade is awesome. Their customer service is great, especially Rey and Sarah. They were both extremely professional and very honest. We started our day with Sara but then she left for a customer she'd been working with but not before introducing us to Rey. We bought a 2016 Equinox and glad we did. We received a very fair price on our trade in. And Rey showed us everything about the car before we left. If you're looking for a great experience when buying a car, definitely go to Blade.

The sales group are very friendly and straight forward. After buying a truck there a couple months ago I took my daughter there to buy her first car. She was very nervous but they put her at ease. They were very helpful and answered all her questions. She did buy a car there and loves it!
